Red Fox at Grand Teton National Park
Award winning picture: Honorable mention at "Annual Award" of Columbia Council of Camera Clubs in 2023
I came across this red fox two days after getting the opportunity to photograph my first fox in close proximity. I was just amazed as I had been looking to photograph a fox for over 30 years, but they always seemed to elude me. This guy comes running up to my vehicle as soon as I stop, right up to my door. I had to wait for another vehicle to arrive before I could get any photographs as he was too close to me. Within the span of 3 days I was able to photograph 2 fox within 200 miles of each other.
