Photograph, Mountain lion teaching her cub how to hunt. I was lucky enough to spend almost two hours observing these beautiful cats. Mom taught her cub how to stalk and pounce on their prey. This was hands down one of the most incredible adventures I have been able to experience.
The intensity with which this mother taught her cub was awe inspiring things to see. When she finally noticed me she disappeared in about 10 inches of dried grass, that was my que to leave.
